The occasional silent treatment whenever there's the idea i did something wrong, and expects me to know or figure out what i supposedly had done wrong. It could have been a misunderstanding, but how can I know?

Tell her that you understand why she is leaving. You don't necessarily agree with it, but you understand and wished things were different than what they seem. Don't ever show your whole hand of cards to her. It may eat you up inside to tell her that you understand why she is not happy and wants to leave, but it is what it is.
