Wierd dream about demonic possession last night

I had a dream like this several years ago.

In the dream, I was lying on the steps of a cathedral. There were priests, monks, and regular people standing all around me. They were chanting in Latin and throwing holy water on me. Each time I was hit with the water, I would snarl and growl and thrash around. It ended only because my wife (no pics) woke me up wondering what in the hell was wrong with me. I had kicked her and was growling and shite in my sleep and it freaked her out.

Never had a dream like it before or since.

Had a similar experience one time, but I was lucid dreaming which made it that much more terrifying.

In the dream, I remember waking up in my room, laying in my bed and being aware that I was still in a dream. Something outside my window had caught my attention. I peaked through the blinds and saw the street light flickering with a soft amberish glow, and then it went out and a silhouette appeared beneath it. My first impression was this thing was friendly and trying get me to come outside.
The figure was very short, and had a humanoid shape to it, but I couldn't make out anything about its body except for the face, and it was smiling at me. I watched as it slowly started walking from under the extinguished street light into the middle of the street towards my house. It stopped directly in the middle, and began to speak softly, but I could still hear it without knowing what it was saying. Then, it began to sway back and forth and side to side in a very abnormal jerking motion. By this point I was basically in a trance where I could not back away from the window or speak, nor could I stop looking whatever this thing was.
Mesmerized by its swaying motion, I saw it start to signal me to come outside, but I couldn't move. It walked/hovered closer towards my house and was now standing at the edge of the driveway. I could feel it trying to lure me outside, and felt as though it was in the same room as me even though it was a good 20 feet away.
It began whispering again. Playfully trying to lure me outside, yet I felt like it would try to hurt me if I did. The words still didn't sound clear, but the tone began to sharpen. I realized how freaked out by this thing I was becoming so I lunged backwards, first time I had been able to move since it appeared, and then the mood completely changed.
The light which had gone out at the beginning flickered back on beaming through my window in a very bright white light and slowly faded out into a dim red glow. I was frantically trying to wake myself up at this point and then the figure started pacing towards me as its voice deepened and grew louder, but I still couldn't understand what it was saying. It got up to my window (second floor) and hovered pressing its smiling face against the glass. I was standing there looking eye to eye with it separated only by the window. It reached out and touched the window, its eyes now glowing the same color as the street light, and began to speak in a much deeper tone. I tried to scream at it to go away, but my voice was gone. I tried to scream as hard as I could yet nothing came out. The sheer panic inside me then erupted and a tiny squeal bursted out, sending the thing hurling backwards till it was back underneath the street light.
My heart rate was jacked, I could feel the lucid dream coming to an end, and my body slowly returning under my control. The figure was beginning to vanish very slowly when the most terrifying feeling came across my body as a very deep voice projected out of this thing, unlike any of the voices I had heard it use before. It was the only thing I understood it say the entire time, in a very clear and deep luciferish type voice it said, "I will never leave you." After that it vanished and I woke up immediately covered in sweat. Laid there wide awake for a little while till I eventually dozed off again. Can still hear that exact same voice and words it had said to me to this very day.
