If you haven't told him you are reporting them as stolen and he needs to return them, it's a shitty move on your part. If he's aware you reported them as stolen and still hasn't returned them, your guns are likely sitting in a pawn shop or someone else's house

That means that the one rifle cannot be stolen. I suggest you disregard what they told you and insist only one was stolen.

I made it a warning to him,but he had already pressed charges against me that I evicted him illegally, and misdemeanor domestic violence charges, because he said he was afraid.
The whole story would take me pages to type.
No good deeds go unpunished.
I am talking about my younger brother here. Some people, you just can't reach.

Afraid not. You did a straw purchase! Don't matter about his legal status. It really is as simple as that first question. Trust me. I work with this, EVERY DAY!

What is the point of this thread?

Quit dancing. You asked. I told you. We both know that is a different situation. Parent and minor child and the parent has possession of said weapon in the home.

I dont trust you. He has maintained that it was a gift the entire thread.
The only way he would get in trouble is if he bought it specifically for his brother, with the intention of his brother paying him back for it.

Yea I can read. So you evicted your brother and he had you arrested. Sounds trashy as frick. You've got worse problems than these guns.

You are correct as you can be. I want to be able to go to court without advertising the trashiness.
I think I have to go all in or lose. Serious problem.

So why did you buy him the rifle?

He use to love to hunt, and it was a beautiful rifle, that I was going to buy anyway.
Have you ever been a big brother? Especially where your Father has been dead for almost 40 years?

Yes , and not quite 40 but long enough, thanks for asking
What I was getting at was, was the intention to buy it for him as a gift or was it because of the huge mess with his ex, or other problems

Yeah, they are Bama Fans, not huge ones though.
I was a Bama Fan for most of my life too, until my daughter graduated from Auburn, and I aint hardcore on fandom.
They can pull for ND for all I give a frick.
It's something else, and lots of it.
I don't know what to do,or even to say what to.
My own Mother has already lied against me,to protect my younger brother.
Bad feeling.
