After 8 years of Obama's regulations, the unemployment rate is 4.7%.

If regulations kill jobs, why is the unemployment rate so low?

Every time a politician claims regulations kill jobs, this fact should be enough to prove that they are full of bologna.

BTW, Trump now accepts these numbers and is taking credit it for them, though they are from Obama's last months in office.

Anyone think the unemployment rate will be this low when Trump leaves office?

do you even U6 bro?

It took 8 years under Obama for the U3 to get to where it is.

Under any competent leadership it would have taken 2.

What is U3 or U6?

You guys talk in code?

I do know Obama inherited the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression.

Trump is inheriting a much better economy that he will probably destroy.

Do you not understand the idea that if something would have gone from 10 to 20 but a regulation made it only profitable to go from 10 to 16, that's 4 jobs lost?

More jobs, less pay. Do the math, which is good big picture? Many blue collar workers are having to work 2 jobs to make what they used to make working one.

Holy ignorant shite. With this question you literally proved that you know nothing about the unemployment rate.

If that were true, as I originally posted, than why is the unemployment rate so low?

You fail to answer that contradiction.

Moreover, regulations increase jobs because companies have to hire people to help comply with those regulations.

Regulations do not decrease jobs; they decrease corporate profits.

A corporate executive makes $24 million a year instead of $25 million a year.

Oh boo hoo for them.

This a troll, but for the benefit of other readers, here goes.

If 100 workers give up on looking for work and go on welfare, they no longer get counted. If 2 kids get a part time job at subway the same week, that lowers the unemployment rate as calculated by the prior administration.

About 90 million workers are out of the work force. The situation is fricking dire and if you work for a company of moderate size, you would feel it.
