I guess whatever I say at this point, no matter how sincere I am, will be taken the wrong way. I thought I was doing the right thing by coming on here and making a post. I guess I should have never commented.

Assuming you aren't trolling (which I think you are), the only person that can fix this thread in your favor is the one who started the thread.

Call the OP, offer him a gift card or store credit. He'll be back here with an update in the store's favor. Period.

It's obvious you aren't serious if this doesn't happen because, if not, it's proof Jim's thinks it's customer base is stupid.
