Yea bc that country isn't on the list
So it's not a Muslim ban then. These are 7 countries whose citizens we aren't allowing into our country for the next 120 days. There are between 49 and 51 predominantly Muslim countries in the world right now.
It's not the end of the world and it sure as hell is not a ban on Muslims.

Muslims can still come. Just not from those countries.
For sure, wahhabi radicals are welcome per normal

If you have read through this and still support it, please explain to me why.
I read through it. My only complaint is that more countries weren't included. Islam is a shameful religion

This really sums up you and everyone who holds your ideology. The OP contains facts, figures, and statistics, and not one person in this thread has actually addressed the points that were made. You claim that the OP uses poor reasoning. Look at yourself and everyone who agrees with you who are apparently incapable of ever forming a thought that carries any more weight than insult.

Downvoted because you need to learn to make a point (even a shitty one) using fewer words. You are not Proust.

It is a ban on exclusively majority muslims. Why would there be a ban on exclusively Muslim countries? You know that you are lying if you say that it isn't to prevent Muslims from entering the country. You don't even have the gumption to stand by your own position.

How can you support a Muslim ban?
Posted on 1/28/17 at 6:28 pm to mattgr1983
Number one, it is NOT a Muslim ban, the President himself said so.
Number two, I would love to ban all Muslims.
I'm sorry but the whacko terrosists wanting to kill innocent people happen to identify with an entire religion.
Not my fault. Theirs. Ban them until we wipe out ISIS at least.

I can't.
I am embarrassed by my country today and I'm embarrassed by my fellow Americans that support this nonsense. Trump is singlehandedly creating the dark America of carnage he spoke about at his inauguration.
We are not safer because of him, quite the contrary. We've turned our backs on women and children attempting to escape terrorism for a better life. We've condemned them to death or worse if they fall in the hands of extremists. ISIS is appauding our president's actions today.

120 day suspension so that extreme vetting procedures can be implemented in the interest of American safety.
I don't understand why people are so venomous with hatred. How can anyone look at the European policies and call them a success?
Why do they wish to have the possibility of a terrorist being welcomed here without at least attempting to prevent allowing harm to come to Americans?

Shame on people like you who wish to divide and fearmonger.

I'm just telling it like it is. This executive order is cowardly and un-American. It takes no courage to slam the door on fellow human beings in desperate need of asylum. Several of whom have assisted the United States in war against ISIS. I sincerely doubt they will be quick to help us now.

You need to get a grip and understand what the XO is actually about.

It is a temporary ban on Muslim majority countries whose governments are being de-stabilized by radical jihadists.
