One of those guys got a Supreme Court assist, and the other resigned, and the 3rd couldn't win re-election.

Yet he was so loved by America.

He finished with the 3rd highest approval rating of any President at the end of their presidency - behind only Reagan and Clinton.

Average over their term is no really that good of an indicator, I'd rather look at the trend. Obama's isn't posted yet, but W obviously got a significant bump after 9/11, with a big decline from there...

Let's be honest. His election was historic, and in his 8 years he did nothing to help the main reason he was elected. In fact, he made the situation worse. I think even liberals know this.
