Stats don't lie.

All dogs can bite, but pit bulls can maim and crush tissue like no other dog. They are physically equipped for this.

I'm sure there are lots of harmless pits out there but if I had a friend with a pit bull at home, I'm wouldn't bring my little kid there to prove how docile it is. Kids do need to be better taught how to interact with dogs but if the child errs, I'd rather it not be a deadly situation.

That's smart of you.

When I have a new dog, I don't let my kids, or any kids or any adults around it. I have had dogs that just haven't panned out - that for some reason; they just have a screw loose and I have had them euthanisized. Which has been 2 BTW. Just 2. I'm not stupid. A crazy dog is nothing to keep on hand. But that doesn't mean that they all need to be done away with.

Says in the article those dogs were always seen roaming the neighborhood.

Need to charge the owner with premeditated murder.

Wonderful dogs, they are just misunderstood.

I would say you're kidding, but I know better.

Good luck getting away from a pit bull in your hoopty.

that last pic I took from his FB page. Pic was from 2012.
You see the tits on the dog to the right? He's been breeding them evidently for quite some time.

That's the whole point: a properly trained dog does not act on its own.

See i would like to believe this as well, but referring back to my own post. There is a well respected trainer in Baton Rouge who couldn't control one and had to put one of his down for attacking. Once he told me that i just can't go along with the well trained argument anymore.

Hey OP, frick your dishonest, misleading thread title. You need to correct it to post the truth.

the dog is black if anybody was wondering.
No one cares what color the dog's hair is, what color is the dogs skin. Anyone shaved a spot down to see?

Completely agree with you on this point.

I should clarify though. I agree because your comments in this thread would clearly not allow you to become licensed to breed humans.

So I could just swim out and rescue my drowning dog and not have to worry about saving your child.

I have been living in Livingston Parish since the flood. Almost ready to move back to Central but Ive noticed that a lot of the trashier people love their pit bulls. It makes me really nervous because I know these dumbasses are shortsighted people that live in the moment and dont really have what it takes to raise a pitbull and to keep it properly fenced in. The other day one came up to my car as I was getting my car out. I walked across the street and let the guy know I was going to shoot him in the head if his dog bit any of my children. I'm not kidding either. He was all confused. I was like dude you have a fricking backyard. Keep it in the backyard. How hard is that? He was smoking inside where he has 3 kids of his own including a baby. What a fricking idiot.

Ummm; soooo are we going to take rural hunter's guns away bc Chicago can't get their shite together?

Since you can't meet my point head on, you are trying to deflect.

Mother of 6-year-old killed in dog attack: 'He loved everybody'

Call the mother of this child and tell her that you need two pit bulls in a rural area.

Maybe she can explain it to you.

P.S. These two pit bulls were family pets living in a home with children present. And yet they slaughtered two children.

The trashiness of pit bull owners is exceeded only by their stupidity. They are the worst of the worst, but as Dunning Kruger exemplars, they perceive themselves as wonderful people who own wonderful dogs. It is pointless to talk to them.

I regard all pit bull owners as ignorant trash.
