Lunch with a King Today!

I was going through the pantry looking for ingredients I need for cooking this week and came across something to eat. A can of King Oscar sardines!
I don't know how long they've been sitting right there in front but I decided to have 'em for lunch today. Sardines, yellow mustard and saltine crackers.
The perfect size too!
I love 'em with yellow mustard. How do you eat them?
Now I have to get some more. Those were pretty good!

yellow mustard and white bread.....or saltines...the country folks used to call 'em "sewer trout"....either way, that's a solid lunch

Try some Creole Mustard with horseradish. That some good stuff.

I keep a can of those on hand. Their brand of smoked kippers is good too.

I have to admit, this is the only picture thread of yours that did not make me jealous, glad you enjoyed them but they dont do anything for me
