"I am Acosta." "No, I am Acosta"

Do you remember the NYT reporter who said journalists need to ditch objectivity and destroy Trump?
Well, that didn't work. So, they need a new strategy.
LINK
Short story... The journalists were wrong to continue asking questions after Trump shouted down Acosta. They should have challenged the bully until he banned all of them from the room. How noble.

Where were they in 2009 when Obama shut out Fox News?

if acosta hadn't kept being the rude interrupting cow he is, trump would not have kept asking him to be quiet multiple times and finally yelled "YOU ARE FAKE NEWS" so he brought this on himself.

The problem with Acosta was that he didn't respect that it was Trump's conference, not his. Trump determined the information he was providing, determined who got to ask him questions, and determined how he was going to answer them. Acosta got upset that Trump didn't bend to his will.

True. But the journalists are protecting their own. See Shep Smith as an example.

They didn't just continue to ask questions, they applauded Trump's shut-down of Acosta

Whoa, I didn't hear that. Are you sure it was other journalists?

CNN claims it was 100% staffers..you konw..because they carefully analyzed the footage.

It was a press conference and the guy was being an arse to a journalist that had been picked for a question by constantly trying to outshout her. I think at least a few members of the press pool were annoyed with his antics.

Good lord. It's like many of you want a dictatorship .
Do as I say. Do not question or criticize me or there will be hell to pay "

How do you feel about obama removing Fox News access ENTIRELY as opposed to trump telling a rude a-hole to SHUT UP because another reporter is trying to ask a question?

I did not like it one bit. But nice deflection. Regarding dictatorship and don't question or criticize me or there will be hell to pay, this is not the only example to which I am referring .

That's not at all what anyone is saying. We think that Trump stood up to himself for constantly getting attacked by "fake news" and other biased opinions that have been a staple of the left media. I think genuine discourse or the like is fine, but unfortunately for CNN, they have a long road ahead of them before the people will trust their reporting.

Dude. or Dudettee... whatever the heck you are... if you seriously think Trump is maneuvering for a dictatorship then you truly do have some brain cells misfiring. Every action he has taken is in the exact opposite direction of a dictatorship.
There is a HUGE difference between actual criticism and disrespectful disruptions in a public forum such as what happened yesterday when Acosta decided to be an asshat -- and this is NOT the only example to which I am referring.
Simply put -- both sides of this election are acting like this is the very first election in the history of mankind. No one seems to remember that this shite happens EVERY FOUR YEARS. The losers always act like asshats in an effort to disrupt the winners. The winners always act holier-than-thou because, well, they fricking won.
Every single election this happens. There were plenty of republicans acting like asshats when Obama first got elected. They were immediately labeled as Racists, even though their actions had nothing to do about race and everything about the fact that they were pissed that their guy lost and the other guy won. So after the initial "That's racist!" attacks on ANYONE that said something negative to, or at, Mr. Obama -- everyone said, "frick it" and shut up.
Now that Hillary lost -- the Dems - the losers this election - (many of whom are journalists) are participating in the age-old exercise of being scournful little bitches.
So, TL;DR - stop using hyperbole by talking about dictatorships and grabbing pussy, and making fun of disabled guys -- none of that shite matters and none of it is relevant. Dems lost, and the Republicans and Independent (which I am one) voters don't give one single frick-hump about your pitiful hyperbole.
So, call it deflection if you want. I'll call it what it is -- not caring about hyperbole bullshite spit out by some weak-minded fools who have forgotten what it's like to lose a presidential election in the last 12 years since the last time they lost.

STATE NEWS 2008: CNN doing a 30 minute special on Michelle's Obama's wardrobe and drooling over Obama's physique prior to his inauguration
STATE NEWS 2017: CNN claiming Trump paid hookers to piss on beds and yuck it up with Putin to undermine him before he goes into office.
And you find fault with Trump getting angry?
