Sports Marketing with Karam. Im pretty sure he usually only does it over intersessions though. Any class with Karam teaching is a fun and interesting class.

Horticulture 4010 - Tropical/Subtropical Horticulture.
Class meets once a week for 3 hours.
When I did it, Professor always brought in the fruits he was presenting on. Basically just showed up high as a kite and was fed.
FYI, the exam answers are all basically the same. You may need to recognize small differences, but the majority of the shite is, legitimately, the same.

As far as I know only Karam teaches this class. He's also the school's go to guy to help student athletes out with PR. He has some great stories about Shaq, Jordan Jefferson and a bunch of other current and former players.

I took "Fiction" but didn't realize it was "From a Feminist Perspective" at LSU. 80% chicks in a class of 20 people. I still take pride in being the last male to be run out of that class. The professor basically said "I'm gonna make you drop" to the males.
