Tillerson Russian Connection

Turns out Tillerson stands to gain a fortune by the sanctions against Russia being lifted.
Forget Crimea
My prediction is that Trump and Tillerson move to lift sanctions so that they can use the POTUS position to further their own financial gain.

No he does not because he is divesting himself of Exxon. So Exxon can make billions off Russian and Tillerson will not see a dime.

If Trump wanted to do this, all he had to do was keep running his huge conglomerate that is already worth billions. Your guess is shite.

I thought he was to divest himself of Exxon stock.
Also, that article implied that he would get some financial gain but didn't say anything about how he personally was going to gain anything from his dealings as secretary of state. Looked to me like someone in media doesn't like the fact that he looked out primarily for Exxon while he was chairman. I don't know if he will be a good secretary of state, but the fact that Exxon benefited from his work should not be reason to reject him, unless we just don't like the oil business.

Im not sure. He will probably be rewarded once he steps down from Secretary of State. Im not privy to those details but I can see the strong conflict of interest beginning to take shape ala Cheney and Halliburton contracts.
Cheney was named in a December 2010 corruption complaint filed by the Nigerian government against Halliburton, which the company settled for $250 million.[67]

Tillerson's stocks in Exxon will skyrocket if the sanctions are lifted
Priebus says Trump has not ruled ou sanctions being lifted
Alleged Russian hacking potentially involves Trump campaign surrogates
Trump regularly praises Putin and intimates that it wouldn't be so bad to be allies with Russia
Exxon fights the sanctions, using congress
Yeah but all of that is nonsense bc me, a guy on a message board, can't fully explain how the payoff will happen. fricking idiot

quote:You continue to prove your ignorance. The New York Times reported as recently as yesterday that Tillerson is divesting himself of all of his Exxon shares as a condition of being confirmed as Sec of State.
Tillerson's stocks in Exxon will skyrocket if the sanctions are lifted
He will have no financial incentive tied to Exxon after that.
Now try to be informed just a little bit before you spout your lies.

Keep watching and remember this thread. It will be a lot like the Halliburton contracts that Cheney awarded.
All of this stinks to high heaven and if you can't see that, then you're being willfully ignorant

In your weak mind no successful business person could ever offer to serve in governmental service. That's typical of losers like you.

yet you make the allegation huh, dumbfrick. What if he opens a foundation and gets other country governments to contribute?

I never said anything so broad, moron. Is this the same way you sort fact from fiction?
Exxon battling sanctions in Congress
Trump praising Russians
Report of Trump and Russian connections
Trump appoints Tillerson to Secretary of State.
The potential for massive corruption is there and demands our attention. Im sorry that you're choosing to ignore it.
