They have an outstanding plastic surgeon (or surgeons). Two or three of them-- including at least one of the younger ones (Kylie/Kendall... not sure which)-- look substantially different and better post surgery.
I have one pre-teen daughter who used to watch them a little. I don't. I'd either change the channel or leave the room if they were on. But on a scale of 1-10, my irritation level with them is probably between 1 and 2 at most. I don't hate them or wish ill on them.
I find it curious that they've been able to maintain notoriety for as long as they have, but from the little bit I've seen here and there over the years, I haven't seen any of them actually do anything that bad either-- nothing to deserve some of the hate they get anyway.
My bottom line take on them is: Whatever. I don't do anything that helps out their little empire, but I don't have any particular issues with it either. Live and let live. And more power to them for being able to capitalize on their attention as much as they have.

Millions of people praising/condemning their exploits every single day? In a world with the attention span of a gnat thanks to social media, they have a stranglehold--no matter what they do, it seems. It's a remarkable phenomenon. They've cashed in every which way either from folks putting them on a ridiculous pedestal or tripping over themselves to call them the scourge of the earth.
That family doesn't give two shits what anyone actually thinks about them, as long as they're a relevant part of the national discussion.
