I'm looking at going to grad school in the Fall. Not sure how feasible it is with a family and full time job. Any of you baws do that?
ETA: I probably should add that the program I'm looking into requires me to be on-site, so online isn't an option.

It's hell but worth it.

I couldn't imagine going back to grad school with a full time job and a family

I did, but I was a lot younger. And I didn't have a family yet and only worked part time. It wasn't bad.

I did.
It was tough. I sometimes fell asleep at the computer. I was working full time as well, though.

I did night classes 4 days a week from 6-9. I had a full time job and no family and it was still hell.
Some schools have an option to take 1-2 classes per semester. Maybe start with that and see if you can handle it.

Just go with your heart man. I did it. You prioritize.

I did. Started back in 2005 and received a master's degree in 2008. Took me a little longer than I planned, but with a full time job and a wife and kids I had to go after work. Although it took time away from my family, it was worth it!
Good luck.

Yes. Thankfully my job was flexible and I didn't have any babies/toddlers at the time.
A couple years ago I looked at going back again for mech engineering. I thought I would need around 60 hours, but it turned out I needed 100 hours. I had a newborn then so I noped out of that.

Look in to Western Governor's, if they have something you're looking for it's going to be a lot easier than a brick and mortar campus.

Still in the Army.
Married.
Two teenage kids.
I attend school full time online at Grand Canyon University. The online makes it nice because I don't have to commit to being in a brick and mortar building for certain hours on certain days of the week. It also helps to be able to bring a laptop to whatever practice the kids have and do schoolwork while they are practicing.

I did it. Took me 3 and a half years to get a 2 year degree. Lots of night classes and online classes.
Glad I did it though. Definitely paying off.

My wife is in nursing school, works full time, and just had a baby 2 months ago. She had to cut back hours at work since they don't have a night only option, but we make it work.
If it will help your career and/or family life to get the degree, go for it.

My FIL did it.
My wife and I will have both completed our graduate education before having any children. I couldn't imagine working full time, going to grad school, and dealing with kids (I don't have children yet).

I was facing the same choice as you about 4.5 years ago. When I decided to go back I had a one year old and a wife.
It was rough while I was doing it and even harder on my wife but both of us being on the same page helped a lot.
Ultimately I'm really happy I went back and it already seems likely it was a lifetime ago.

I did law school at night with a full-time job and a full family. You figure the shite out. It sucks but grind it out if you feel it is going to benefit you and your family in the long run.

I went to grad school with a full time job and 3 small children. I took hybrid courses and finished my degree in 14 months.

I thought about it but my job is way too demanding to be able to pull it off

ETA: I have a 6 month old.

Someone I knew went to med school as the mom of two elementary schoolers. They were ballers and could afford hired help though.
