Not sure if man or woman. Looks like Rosie O' Donnell with a beard. Looks like he could lead an all-female movie remake cast. Looks like he's played hide the twinkie a couple times. Problem is it is hard to draw lines. Some guy rejoicing in destruction and death should be different than someone donating to a political cause with pretty mainstream support.
But, lefties will tell us that being against gay marriage is just the same as rejoicing in people dying in fires, so a "let's not get people fired over speech" is probably a decent policy.
But all I control is whether I advocate for shitbags like this to get fired. If his employer wants to can his arse regardless, I'm not going to complain about it.

I've met some progressives like this - guy works at an oil change place and he acts like he's a Ph.D. from Harvard.

Even if cause is required, this is no different than saying the same thing to a customer across the counter at the tire shop. It's adequate cause for termination.
