PJ Fleck is Tom Herman, just a year behind.

Wouldn't be my first choice, but I'd take him over O. Youthful energy is what LSU needs, IMO.

Fleck may be better than Herman

Disagree. Wasnt Fleck basically a WR coach at some less than spectacular stops prior to his current gig?

So, O is a career DL coach.. Fleck has competely rebuilt a program from the ground up. The cookie monster couldnt dream of doing something like that.

At his current gig he's done better than O at his last permanent gig. Again, I'm for Herman or Jimbo, but if O is really our next guy in line, I think Fleck would be a better choice.

And Mike Norvell will be there next year or the year after, as well. That doesn't mean you don't let them prove a little more first.

If you can't get Jimbo or Herman, he should be call number 1.

No, if you can pay the 10 mil buyout, the next call is to Fuente. He proved he is for real this year, as if there was much doubt.

I agree. So Herman to LSU. Strong one more year at Texas and then fleck to Texas next year.

Maybe I should clarify that I was disagreeing with the comment comparing him to Herman, but a year behind. I would take lots of coaches before O.

I hate his vibe (douchey motivational speaker thing), but I'd still take him over O.
