Someone help me out. I honestly thought Alleva would keep O. Never was a big Jimbo fan.

Relatively green but has had ALOT of success in his short time at the fbs level. Said to be a clone of Urban Meyer.

Pros- my penis has survived copious amounts of alcohol and is ready to plant its seed throughout Tigerland.

Thanks. I know little about Herman's schemes other than the Texas debacle and Houston's early year run.

If they do get him it will be interesting. The pendulum can swing hard either way.

He won a national championship with his 3rd string QB.

No pros?

GTFO - this is one of the brightest minds on the offensive side of the football in college today. Very technically advanced in his play design and coaching of the plays. Dude is a braniac.

At Houston there isn't the depth that you'd have at a power 5 school, but he was still able to string together several impressive wins... losing games he shouldn't because injuries decimated the shallow depth the team already had.

If you're going to chalk him up to no pros and mark those as his cons - please learn the game, come back, then run your mouth. Until then you just look sad

Pros: he was an OC for a champ team run by a guy who has previous championships.

Cons: only 2 seasons as a Head Coah. And not even in a historical high-caliber program.

What a crap hire

He's a young Urban Meyer but smarter and not a pussy. He's hungry, energetic and one of the most respected offensive minds in the game.

Pros- Uhhh. He beat some teams he prob shouldn't have with a team he didn't recruit

Cons- Very, VERY, limited body of work to be considered the home run hire everyone thinks
