But the Ogrerites if they were even more delusional would think O out recruits Saban on a regular basis. To the special ed section - O is a great recruiter. But there are other great recruiters. Jimbo happens to be one of them.
O is a great salesman and very energetic. He is a good teacher of DL fundamentals. That is it. Outside of that he does not have the skills needed to be a HC at SEC level. He is not very impressive as a person outside of the world of athletes and HS football and CFB recruiting. Hard cold facts. What we loose we can gain back and then some.

He'd probably be a used car salesman if he wasn't in football. That's probably a little harsh, but it helps to drive home my point; there is no shortage of coaches in football with personality coupled with the gift of gab, the same as there's no shortage of used car salesmen that employ those same tactics in their field.
Recruiting is the skill that can be most easily approximated by many coaches. You don't make a HC hire based solely on recruiting. You can get recruiting from a multitude of individuals.
