Well he currently HAS a job.

I'd assume he'd stay at Houston.

Or Dan Mullen who can't buy a ticket out of Starkville.

Every year when there are openings, ol' Fred Flintstone always seems to make everybody's list of top five candidates for each one. I think they just throw him in there to round out the field.

There was talk on local OKC sports radio about the possibility of Herman to Baylor if not LSU or UT.

Herman could just stay at Houston. $ aside Texass is a complete shitshow. There openings every year Herman doesn't need to jump if it's not the right landing place. Saying that I still hope he lands at LSU.

I think he stays and gets a huge pay raise... stay at Houston until the right position comes available.

His stock allows him to consider a number of great jobs: Notre Dame, Oregon, or FSU this year if LSU hired Jimbo and Texas retained Strong. Houston for a year and then USC, Texas, A&M, etc in 2017 would still seem like obvious possibilities.

His connections to the state of Texas and the university of Texas make you think he would consider Texas a dream job, but I suppose real dysfunction with boosters might change that status. Am I wrong in assuming a Texas guy would pass on A&M?
