Check out Railroad Earth or Leftover Salmon.
I think Railroad Earth will be what you are looking for. Greensky and Railroad are both under the progressive bluegrass/jam genre.
Railroad Earth- Been Down this Road

Railroad Earth- Mighty River

Railroad Earth- Bird in a House

Railroad Earth-Like a Buddha

^^^my favorite video that I posted. Live from the Fillmore

Start with Rhonda Vincent; she's the Queen of Bluegrass and it's not even close.

Alison Krauss & Union Station
Dan Tyminski
Bill Monroe
The Stanley Bros

Underrated - Tommy Shaw of Styx did a bluegrass album & it's pretty good.

Flatt & Scruggs Grand Ole Opry Show

A full episode of the F&S TV show c. 1962, complete w/ commercials. Love that Martha White self-rising flour -- it's got Hot Rize!
