While we can speculate all we want, few of us know anything. However, all I know is if we hire a guy named Dana then Alleva can pack his bags. This is a top 5 job and we can do so much better than either Dana or Fedora. Break the bank for Jimbo or Tom and raise everyone's ticket prices $10 to pay for it. It's worth it. We cannot screw this up.

That's the thing, Schwartzy. Maybe it isn't a top 5 job if coaches won't leave their current gigs for double their salary. Ever stopped to consider that?

This is the only option.

If Jimbo tells you no, go to Herman.

If he says no, go back to Jimbo with a new offer.

If he says no again, go back to Herman with a new offer.

Repeat until someone accepts.

I'll sell my body for one of them. That should be enough

I'll admit I'm shocked more coaches don't seem willing. I can understand why Jimbo may not, but I can 100% guarantee Houston is not Herman's last stop. We'll fight Texas until Texas makes him the highest paid coach in college football

We should get a commission from their agents for this.

Just to add an alternate reality to this discussion, let's add Chip Kelly into the "make him say 'no' 15 times" list. You just have to believe he wants out of the NFL.
