Thats what mine looked like until this weekend. Im not a fan of how grey my chin is with the rest of my face having black hair. My wife and kids hated it as well. They said it looked like I had a squirrel tail on my chin

Ahhh...the timeless move of bragging about something that takes no effort. Let me guess...some of your other accomplishments include being tall and having hair. Hard work really pays off lol.
to the OP...Yes i can grow a beard, but the first 3 weeks are rough cause its wirey.

Yeah but I have blond hair and my beard comes out brownish red so I tend not to grow one.
It just looks weird and makes me look like I bleach my hair.

It grows slow, but eventually I can grow a solid beard everywhere except for the center of my chin which remains completely bare

I'm 28 years old, too. Just let it ride and they'll fill in.

Not at all. Looks terrible.

Yep I got a beard right now that I didn't grow purposefully. Probably the thickest it's ever been. Have a bunch of bare spots but they are pretty much filled in after a couple months.
My facial hair grows in every direction, so it sort of needs a month or more of growth to tell the whole story.

Yeah, but It fricking gray now for the most part. Oh well, I turn 41 in 3 days, I guess I'm old.

Mine grows fast. It has a couple of grey spots that magically darken once a week

Mine is great for a couple weeks, but then it gets tired.

A beard lulz. I'm 26 and can barely grow a chin strap
If you're head has kept growing since you were a kid, your chin strap would be a full beard on almost anyone else.

Can you grow a beard?

I tried to grow one for the first time over a two month span because a friend dared me $200 I wouldn't or essentially he knew it would look like shite and paid me to walk around with it.

I'd probably get fired
the closest I got was on my honeymoon when I went 8 days without shaving
I looked homeless

I'll look homeless if I don't trim my beard. But well kept, it's fine.
Of course, in Boulder, you'll see people who look homeless jump into a Mercedes. So the line gets fuzzy over here.

Started almost 2 months ago so I didn't look like I was trying to fit in.
