This I agree with other than the big deal part. The let it go part is also correct.
It's a different world, but there are other times and places where this is appropriate, not while your teammates are on the field still competing.
If you can't understand this, let's take a really terrible hypothetical. Teammate breaks a neck and the entire stadium jubilance turns to OMG and you're over at the stands playing let's take a picture with teenage idiots. As a good person, as Leonard certainly is, don't you think this would never go away in his mind at the time his best friend/teammate had this happen?

Fournette has shown more class than mast fans. Why should he care what you think?

Actually, I think it's admirable that Fournette availed himself to people who wanted a photo with him. It wasn't self aggrandizing in any way. It was giving something special to people who are fans. It would have seemed arrogant of him had he refused to accommodate their wishes.
He appeared to act with humility during the
"photo session" and continues to be a feather in the hat of LSU athletics. For the moment, he is the Shaquille O'Neal of LSU football and he acts with the same respect to our fans.

LF7 is a good guy and beloved figure in Louisiana. This was a cool moment for a generational talent about to finish his career. They're playing for pride at this point, so taking a second to smell the roses just seems right.

I think LF7 is playing despite being hurt. He continues to play when he gets dinged up in-game so it wont look like he's injury prone to NFL scouts.
