At work, unable to watch, but I'm sure it was very similar to the one he gave 8 yrs ago that gave me hope and made me feel slightly proud of America for giving him a chance.

He's been nothing but class for 8 years, just as President Bush was classy during a very rocky time as a sitting duck.

No, I'm surprised it was believable and made an impact on me. That never happens. His use of Bush as an example gave his assurances believability. It wasn't just blah blah blah. It had some teeth.
