So how viciously do the Dems turn on HRC?

If they're out of power and purely in the position of the opposition like the Repubs have been for so long, their "Tea Party" conflict will take full effect

will smell blood in the water

They will burn her at the stake

They won't turn on her.
They'll just abandon her to her fate: prosecution for her multiple crimes.
Obama may have a very tough choice to make: to pardon or not to pardon?

That's the least of her worries. A lot of people spent a lot of money on favors they will never receive.

I wonder if there'll be a blue dog resurgence and push the progressives out.

I'm also thinking whoever their next nominee is looks a great deal more like Warren or even Bernie. Now that they have no strong leader in power to hold them together they're going to experience massive internal chaos
Probably

Their "leadership" has the fogeys like Pelosi on one side and the next generation of minority appeal candidates like Booker and the Castros on the other.
And if Hillary's frickups and Trump's opportunity gets those minorities off the plantation, then Dems are forced into running on issues again.

not enough to win if all of a sudden blue-collar whites are voting like minority blocs do

Which is what is going to drive them to the issues eventually because they can't abandon working class whites nor are they in the position to keep the immigration floodgates open to replace them.

I think it depends on if they want to blame her for cheating Bernie or not. The DNC cheated one of their own.

The Democrats will not be as hard on her as the new Atty General.
