My Golf Spy Review

Youtube Review

Kirkland Balls btw - $15/doz @ Costco
ProV1 - $48/doz

Per the review, more driver distance (9 yards - dafuq), less driver spin, more wedge spin. Currently sold out on Costco website.

Would be awesome if they got Rory to use them.

How do they feel though?

I've recently played the Bridgestone e6 instead of the ProV1x and I like it almost as much.

I highly doubt these balls outperform ProV1. Not saying there aren't comparable balls but not for 15 bucks. Every couple years a ball comes out with these claims. And then nothing happens.

ProV1X or bust.

I agree.

Also, the ProV1 and V1X are very durable. You can pretty much play them until you lose them.

I ordered a box a few weeks ago when they came out

After a few rounds with them, I'd put them up against any ball

I was very impressed and the price is just incredible.

I ended up ordering 2 more boxes as I don't think they are sold in local stores yet.

Eta: I believe they may be produced by Volvik, and the price of a prov1 does not mean it's a better ball.

Also, they are every bit as durable in my short experience.

I'd say the 1X are durable but the ProV1 is pretty soft. I can cut them up fairly easy.

Is this a surprise? Most everything branded Sams or Costco is made by the actual manufacturer and sold for a lot less.

Golf balls, coolers, clothes, etc.

I played a round with K Sigs last week. The ball doesn't spin off the driver so it flys straight and has enough feel around the greens to make it a ProV replacement.

The durablity is lesser but most amateur golfers lose so many balls they don't care as much about durability. Plus being cheap AF balances it out in the long run.

Great ball and definitely one a mid capper should play if they don't want to spend a ton on a premium ball.

A lot of ppl on Twitter are saying they got Costco memberships just for the balls and now they are all sold out LUL.

I'm all about the best bang for the buck, especially if it is just as good at less than 25% of the price.

I'd play these without thinking twice, but I can't help but chuckle at playing a Kirkland brand golf ball.

I agree price doesn't mean shite. Yet somehow I've never played a ball close the ProV.
