free 7 day trial of Sling TV.
cancel the trial after the game so your credit card doesn't get charged

Edit: it was DishNetwork. Not the WarchESPN app. App would not work in Europe. Doesn't work in Buenos Aires either. Found that out last month and missed the Auburn game, which saved me a huge case of heartburn

WatchESPN app with a VPN that says you are in America is your best bet.

That's the answer

Yes, correct answer. I live in Kuwait and watch all of the games via WatchESPN app (with VPN) on my iPad.

Watch espn app does not work overseas unfortunately.

You could also google whatever city you're in in addition to "American sports bar" to see if anything near you pops up

Watch espn app doesn't use your IP address or DNS to detect your location on ipad or iphone.
That may work on a laptop though.

This. There's a free app you can download called TunnelBear that gives you a free VPN on iOS, but capped at 2 gbs I think.

I'm going "home" to Madison in a few weeks

ESPNPlayer.com is the international equivalent of the WatchESPN app in the US. You can get a monthly subscription for about $20, and there is a 7 day free trial. The video quality is excellent, depending only on the bandwidth of your local connection there.
But it depends where in Europe you're going to be. It works through all of western Europe, except Italy.
WatchESPN is geo-blocked, meaning you can't watch it directly from outside the USA. Using WatchESPN over a US-based VPN (which shows you as being in the US) does also work, but the problem is you are then streaming across the Atlantic, and the quality won't be that good. ESPNPlayer is much better, because you are then only streaming from local servers in Europe.
Don't forget the time difference - the game starts at 8pm, so that's 2am in the UK, 3am or 4am on the continent! So you probably won't find any sports bars open, and even if you did it is doubtful that they would be showing this game.

Tunnel Bear gives you a VPN I think is $30.00 a year . I watch games from East Africa and trust me your lucky to get Internet .

It works with a VPN that uses an American proxy IP.

A couple more options:
1) First Row Sports - beware the Malware.
2) Find a gambling establishment, place a small bet on the game, and post up with a few drinks. These places are typically open 24 hrs.
