So, why you can't say Fleck beat fsu and Oklahoma (both name schoos) he has not lost to any crap teams that he should not lose to either. Is it good to beat Alabama and lose to vandy?

He has lost to bad teams. Not this year, but you are bringing up UConn, so why are you ignoring all the 8-5 years.

Fleck is good, but it doesn't take much to beat the competition he is up against. Yes his school has never done it, but a good coach can turn a program around pretty fast in those leagues, because really no one has a ton of talent.

I do think PJ Fleck is a good coach, but there is nothing to show if he is a great coach or not.

Well, His team is better this year and continues to get better EACH YEAR. He isn't losing to those teams. Is Houston as good as they were last year? Are they getting better each year? One has been there two years, the other has been there FOUR years.

I'm giving credit to herman for beating the good teams fsu and Oklahoma. I'm not ignoring his head scratchers to horrible teams. People are using competition against pj fleck. Well, he is improving and not losing to that competition. Can the other say that?

This isnt' an indictment against herman. However, herman fans that dismiss pj fleck because of competition are just silly. He's proved more than him. He built that program. This year is a result of the work he has put in over the past four years. That is impressive.

I honestly do not understand how people are saying Herman is ready and the next big thing, throw the bank at him. However, pj fleck isn't ready he needs another gig.

Except it does. He doesn't have SEC resources and talent pool while playing in the MAC. A lot of the MAC recruits the same players and he outworks the others for the best of those players...at Western Michigan. Western is a middle of the pack MAC program.
