Cat 5 hurricanes that come to mind... Andrew, Camille ... Rita and Katrina were Cat 5, at least for a short time.

Conditions are right for #Matthew to continue to intensify prior to landfall. Possibily exists for CAT 5 on east coast in less than 12 hrs

Still no guarantee there will be electricity, emergency personnel, first responders, staff, or ya know that our team survives going and staying in florida.

Because of the aftermath and resources a game requires. Have you ever been through a Cat 4 baw?

Have you ever been thru a hurricane?

Because it sounds like you've never been thru a hurricane.

The ignorance of hurricanes, the difficult conditions they leave in their wake, and their inherent unpredictability astonishes me on a south Louisiana message board...

Why didn't the Saints play any home games in the NOLA in 2005? Katrina was long past.

Isnt there some thing with the TV deals that prevents college games from being on Sundays?

The Gville Police, Alachua County Sheriff's, Florida State Patrol, EMS and other resources definitely won't be needed elsewhere in the State by Sunday. #GeezSomePeopleDumb
