Do the cops carry an extra gun to plant or do they just find one in the bushes near the perp? I've always wondered that.

I'm sure those cops are happy killing a kid. 
Dam shame Mom or if there was a Dad around haven't step in years ago. 
But noooooo, let the kid run loose on the streets.
Wake up some of you black people and teach your kids what is right and what is wrong. Hell yes, I would be pissed if a cop shot and killed my son, but I showed what is the right thing to do. DON'T BREAK THE LAW AND HAVE RESPECT FOR OTHERS!

It's called a "throw down". Every cop has one. Usually some cheap handgun they took off of someone and never turned it in. better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it
