My Kyle Whittingham info

I haven't heard of one word spoken to Kyle Whittingham from a legitimate LSU representative. I've heard the only talks to Whittingham has been on USC's part as a plan B for when they miss out on Herman assuming they make a move. I'm hesitant to mention this because of USC is doing that, then it makes Herman to LSU more of a possibility. Just don't want ppl running wild with this.

I don't know for sure if Jimbo is out of the picture. I think he might be, don't know for sure. And I'm not calling DA a liar, I just haven't heard anything like that with Whittingham and LSU

I won't run wild with it, but what does this mean exactly? That USC is pursuing him in anticipation of missing on Herman and that Herman is probably coming here? Just wondering what that statement means exactly.

So you are saying Jimbo would be first choice then and after that would be Herman? That sucks if Jimbo is our already. Do you know how LSU feels about Herman and their chances?

people say we're a spoiled and unreasonable fan base because we just fired our first coach since 1999, yet USC seems ready to fire their third coach in 6 years, and all 3 were (or would be) fired mid-season. this is Heltons first full season and theyre already dying to fire him after 4 games.

Smokescreen by the admin to pass this vibe around? Doubt he's just "out" after all that went on last year. He'll listen if we make an offer that says we're serious... if we're not willing to do that then we deserve 8-4/9-3.

They've gotten better in every game and Alabama/Stanford/Utah isn't a cakewalk.
It'd be hard to sell yet another coach in that timeframe.
