Yes. They are.

But all cokes are bad for you, not just the diet ones.

A Big Gulp every day of any soft drink is not good for you, although if you mean in terms of losing weight, then diet is better than sugared.

But there are studies that have shown that the stuff in the diet ones make you crave more sugar.

The problem I've always seen with diet sodas is it turns people into food craving zombies.

So if you don't have any sugar after...they're okay to drink?

if you ever have ringing in your ears, the artificial sweeteners may be causing it (from any source). Try stopping the artificial sweeteners if you suspect it and then taste an artificial sweetened drink once your ringing stops. If your ears explode then they are affecting the nerves in your inner ear. Its pretty dramatic once you figure it out, and if its affecting your inner ear nerves to that degree....no telling what else its doing.

Drink water. Just cut out soft drinks. Or try some things like Honest Fizz, ICE or Bai.

They don't sell any of these in Tiger Stadium to mix with my Jim Beam.

No. They also may cause your body to react as if it has had sugar.
