Me thinks he is not. He may not survive the season the way things are going for the Saints.

He's not a top coach, but he's not getting fired. Benson isn't going to eat that new contract he gave Payton in the offseason

He hasn't been the same since he quit stealing pain killers.

To be fair injuries have absolutely ravaged the Saints. They are missing like 9-11 starters.

But I don't think he is anymore.

I'd say that he's in year 11. It's his goddamn roster

Belechick is playing football with Bilbo Baggins at Qb and be best an AFC championship favorite 27-0

Elite coaches adapt

Peyton has made the playoffs 50% of the time as a coach

what made him a great coach? Drew Brees in his prime would have made Les Miles a super bowl winning coach as well

He's not and hasn't been since the suspension. He just doesn't give a shite anymore. The Saints are now a glorified Arena team.

Quit bitching. He had the first anyways. Your tpos boy Harper decided to wrench on his ankle to bring him down too... Typical NO class.

Brisset is a very large man. 1/10 comparison

It's almost unbelievable how bad the saints defense has been the past few season, and then when we get some players in place we get absolutely wrecked by injuries and our D is worse than last years league-worst defense.

Brees was a poor man's Alex Smith before Payton got his hands on him, and that's a fact.
