Did you read the fricking books or not? Sounds like an easy exam to me. I would be excited about only 2 questions...

I had an amazing british literature teacher...

I tried to use some of the same opinionated perspectives in my essays as I had in previous classes...

While I got As on those, I got a C on his because he said "how do you know?" And I was like, "How do you know?"

So the next essay I decided to write about science and how a poem made sense that love and poison are somewhat the same. And I made an A.

Cause I knew.

I didn't know making threads on an Internet forum was attention whoring, I guess I'm a whore then. Wouldn't be the first time I've been called that in my life.

I took that class. Gen Ed class requirements are stupid. Sparknotes or actually read. If you read the book you won't need to study. But people in college are idiots so go ahead and study those sparknotes

If you know the general synopses of the books you should be able to put the quotes in context and pull it off. Spark notes is still the standard treatment until proven otherwise

Never made an A in an English class until I took this professor in college. My previous teachers all loved fluff and bullshite so I didn't do well.

This guy preferred writing that was to the point. Make an argument and defend it like hell. The length of the paper isn't what's important. It was a dream come true

I'll actually have to read the books before the exam, sparknotes is worthless to me in this class. This is a eng 221
