There was blood found in her underwear and on her waistband that could not be connected to anyone in the family. Then in 2008 they did a surface DNA test (this testing was not available when crime happened) in 2008 that finally had the Boulder Police exonerate anyone in the family. It was an intruder. Prob a pedo but we will likely never know who because of the incompetence of the Boulder PD

The ransom not was studied by writing experts that the Boulder PD hired and the conclusion of the that test was Patsy has scored a 4.5. This on a scale of 1(she had def written it) to 5(she def didn't right it) . There's the explanation for the letter. Also both parents try look multiple lie detector exams (I know , not admissable) and passes all but one and the one was "inconclusive" . NJ it failing. The boy doing it? He was 9? How? I don't see it. I think it was an intruder

There was no voice on that call at the end. This has been proven. The DA even testifies under oath that they gave out several lies to media and look public to try to out pressure on the parents and that this was one of those lies.

Please explain the ransom note.

Just simply do that.

You can't.

Facts:

A. Written by Patsy
B. Written with one of her pens
C. Written on her stationery
D. Written to show some deceit ( foreign faction, etc)
E. The demands were IMMEDIATELY ignored by the Ramsays.
F. The ransom was not close, but exactly, the amount of his bonus for that year.
G. No effort was done by the Ramsays to try to procure the ransom demand.

My theory is that John got into some illegal shady stuff where someone had something serious over his head. Attempted to extort his Christmas bonus from him by saying he will take his daughter if he didn't pay up. They attempted to take her, but the suitcase wouldn't fit through the window. They killed her instead. John, knowing that he couldn't point the finger at who did it, staged the crime scene and Patsy wrote the letter. They didn't kill her but they couldn't tell the cops who did.

There is zero evidence of any outsider. The DNA evidence found on her underwear? What 10 years after the murder and after handled by god knows how many people? Please, let's not go Barry Scheck garbage in, garbage out.

OK, here are FACTS of that early morning. Patsy calls 911 at 5:52 AM. Says there is a ransom note, her daughter is "missing".
Ransom note demands that the Ramsays (specifcally John) to not to talk with anyone, don't call the police, even a stray dog, etc. They (the kidnappers) will call back between 8 and 10 AM. But, before any of this, the Ramseys not only call 911, tell the police to hurry up (although they were told by these "kidnappers" that they are watching them) and even worse, they call and invite several friends over before the 8 AM deadline. Even a preacher shows up. Burke is ushered off to the Whites house.
do I need to keep going?

DNA, Hi Tech bootprint. The nature of the murder (I just don't see them strangling her when she's still alive--no evidence of abuse prior to murder)

There is hair and blood on it?

Isn't it fact that she was strangled using it?

The hair appears to be twisted up in the cord?

I lived in Boulder at that time. My wife and I were friends with a couple that knew them as well as anybody, and we spent time with them discussing the case. People who know the case know the name. I have discussed it here previously for those who feel like searching.

There is so much disinformation and fallacy out there that it makes the butt hurt like Shep Smith during Sailors Week. I almost can't take it, it is so silly. It's like the OJ theory, with every idiot coming up with a simplistic, alternate theory.

This was in every way a psycho-sexual murder, the ultimate fantasy fruition of a pedophile torture/murderer. It was highly ritualistic and symbolic in nature, and the product of an incomprehensibly disturbed criminal mind.

IDGAF if you agree or disagree. There is no way for me to describe what Boulder was like at that time, how the police fed the media narrative, how truly incompetent the Boulder PD was, how transitory the community was (and is), how we all slept with our windows open, etc. A terrible crime occurred that night, and four Ramsey's were victimized. Two continue to be.

I always wondered if some pervert saw her in all those pageants and fantasized about her. Followed her and found where she lived. That kind of thing. I have a cousin who's wife put their daughter in all kinds of pageants when she was little. That's a freaky, screwed up community. No way would I put a child through that mess.

Utter BS. If people "know the name", then it would be a complete dis service of the DA to properly prosecute.

You just find it hard to believe that the Ramsays can be involved since they are "not the type" that would do such a heinous crime. True, I wouldn't put them as the part, you know rich, white folks, but the crime is what it is. And they simply tried to cover it up.
Cause of death was a blunt force to the head. Then they applied the garrotte, all with objects found within the house. Oh, and the garrotte had no fingerprints of any unknown people.
Under zero circumstance does a person enter a house, commit this crime, put the child down in a dark and isolated cellar, then write a bogus ransom note, then leave the house. All of this without any disturbance of the property.
Please, just because you know somebody who knew them, doesn't imply their innocence.

Media.

I can definitely see this. All anyone ever saw were those pageant pics. Had she never been in that environment, those pics would not exist. And this would be just another cold case. Terrible to only those in Boulder, but not a national story. Until this murder most people did not know that pageant world existed or primarily how tarted up those kids are made up.

I can't believe it still continues.

Pageants, sure? But the grown up presentation of these kids.

Weak minds ascribe to weak theories. Knock yourself out with that simplistic tripe. There is no penalty for being either a fool or a simpleton and/or talking out of your arse. You go.

I took him to mean that people involved know the name of the family this poster knew? Not a name of a random guy or the would be murderer?

Maybe I am wrong.

You saying the "name" you mentioned is a person of interest or the name of the family you know by a degree of separation?
