Stripes and Airplane...I had a friend who had them both on Video Disc (back in the days before VCRs) when I was in Jr. High...we watched each at least 3 times per week during the Summer before 9th grade. Cold Coca-Cola, Jello Pudding Pops and a double feature of Airplane and Stripes...

Star Wars. We had a bootleg Betamax cassette of it, years before video rental came to Lafayette (and before the movie came as well). Kids would just show up at our house, wanting to watch it.
The amount of times I've watched it is easily in the hundreds. I used to be able to recite the dialog, but it's been a while.

Dirty Harry
The Fugitive
LotR trilogy
ETA: Caddyshack. Can't believe I didn't put this first.
(This does not count the Disney animated films when my kids were young. If so, Robin Hood and Alladin get added to the list)

It's a damn near toss up between Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill.
Probably Pulp Fiction if I had to choose.

Probably karate kid. I've not watched it in years. But as a kid, my cousin worked at the video store. She would watch me once a week at the store before going to a lesson next door to the store. I could choose any movie I wanted. I watched karate kid every week. Going to take a lot to make up for how much I watched that movie as a kid

Lion King or The Jungle Book....my kids wore those movies out...probably watched them both over 50 times.
