This is so stupid. His time has passed. If anyone would allow Les to win them back, they are gluttons for punishment. He has proven over and over that he won't change.

Way too many years too late at this point. Also, I don't believe even if if gave it 100% effort he could do what it takes. He just can't develop a passing game even if he had the want. That's from QB development, pass blocking and schemes. He just doesn't have those skills and he will never relinquish control.
