He must have thought some of the hand tussling early in the guillotine was tapping. Not unreasonable in the heat of a fight. Rogan put him on blast, though.

The whole thing was. Especially when stipe was denying getting hurt, and Joe kept pressing with it. Whole card was awkward and weird/sloppy lol

Honestly it was a pretty good card. The Browne-Werdum fight was boring but had its moments and the post fight antics kinda make up for the lack of in fight action
