but can literally guarantee that any Tiger fan showing up with "90 proof" will make a hell of a lot more noise.
I'll be there, hammered, and I'm going to be very quiet and I'll ask that you please sit down so I can watch the game. Thanks.

Yea we get that a lot around here

Based on what you say? If you've traveled to enough away games, as many of my friends have, you would have learned from other fans, that Tiger fans are louder than most fans in the south, and up north they think we take football too seriously in the south, "we're too much into the game". So I'll stick with my original conclusion.
Just shut up...you confirm your lack of intelligence with every keystroke.

"Little boys" should learn to post less. True Tiger fans are louder than any other fan base, it's simply a fact, little Einstein.

There you go again with those keystrokes. Each time you hit one, you remove all doubt of your lack of intellect.

Would love to know how you quantified this.
Camp Randall and Death Valley are typically lauded as two of the more hostile atmospheres in the country.
I've been trying to stay out of these dick-measuring contests. You just have to appreciate how much both fan bases love their respected teams.

LSU is clearly a more storied program than UW, but we take this football thing pretty seriously up here too. I have to say after the last game we played where we knocked you around for three quarters before 2 of our 3 dlinemen were hurt (plus MGIII) would have given you guys a little more respect for our program but whatever. We have always been a team that proves it on the field, not the boards, and you guys will be reminded of that soon enough. Not saying UW will win but it will be a hard fought game for sure. Back to the op, I'll just leave this here...

Pound for pound I would estimate LSU to be louder. The Tigers are the most popular team in that state and they have night games all the time with the best conference in the land for college football. A number of advantages. Plus, the LSU clientele is a bit less white collar on average than the average UW fan IMO.
Camp Randall at night vs a big opponent is like many places - loud. Camp Randall is different in the fact that there is a certain edginess and zaniness to it. When the students are there, and amped...
All that said, I have been to LSU for 2 home night games vs conference powers. The friends I took from Wisconsin didn't seem to think it was much different than a UW game. I know that it is a bit better on average though to be realistic as I follow these things closer.
I have been a pseudo follower of the Tigers since meeting some alumni in grad school. I was interested to see how Saban would do coming from the B10. Then that big upset over the Vols with the students lining the field impressed me.
3 loudest places I have witnessed football in person:
Metrodome-college and pro. Unmatched. Unfair comparison maybe with the dome.
Florida- steep stands, tight sidelines. Tebow love. Loud.
Ohio State- Double deck all around and passionate.
Been all around the SEC and B1G. Would return to LSU and Auburn for the atmosphere. OLE miss for scenery. In the B1G Wisconsin is the best overall gameday, followed next by OSU and PSU. Iowa and Nebraska next.

I've been at pro games with Green Bay fans. They are drunk and loud. They do have a few breweries up there. And they like to imbibe.

Certainly it's louder in the SEC. We care more about our football than most other parts of the country. schools.
But I'd say it's about the same at the most rabid SEC schools like us, Bama, Florida, Auburn, Georgia. All those places are very, very loud. Tennessee was surprisingly quiet for 100,000+.
