Cool. Good for his GF. It's too bad she couldn't keep him from street racing and brandishing fire arms at 1 am.

Where did the shooter say HE brandished a fire arm? Where did it state HE was racing? It was a big party. Was a gun found next to his dead body or on him? Too bad the shooters family could not keep him from killing a guy. Then he would not be in jail awaiting trial and the cops could have sorted out if the dead man did anything illegal.

So we're believing his buddies testimony and not that of the shooter?

The shooter's statement doesn't make sense given the actual facts that you choose to ignore because you clearly believe that the stupid **** got what he deserved.

Idk. Do you? You're ignoring the context of the situation the resident and shooter found himself in.

No matter. The guy stopped the 1am street racing, which was his goal. Good for him.

Yep. "Warning shot ". Kills guy

Dispatcher asks for address. He says he does not know, suggesting they were not even in the street in front of his house, much less his own property

Why would he say that if it wasn't true?

Remember how Mike Brown was on his knees with his hands up begging "don't shoot" when all he did was walk in the street?

Dude is a fricking coward. Calls the law and tells them to come to his house. Shoots somebody through a fricking window. Hauls arse inside his house to check to make sure cops are coming to save his chicken arse.

If he, knowing the cops were probably on the way, had of stepped outside his garage with the shotgun, it would have probably ended the event that I don't think happened the way he claims. Hell he probably shot before he called 911 the first time.

He shot someone through a window !!! How was his life in danger? I'm sure nobody was aware he was even in his garage until sometime after he killed someone - shooting them through a window. What a coward piece of shite.

This is the same bullshite argument you and others attempted to hang GZ with. You're continuing to ignore context.

No. You are ignoring the context of the situation. Let's think about your claim that the shooter was defending himself. Then let's consider that the shooter himself is claiming that he didn't even mean to shoot the man. Let's consider the absurd warning shot excuse. Then let's consider that the man was shot down the street. Then let's consider the known behavior of teenagers and very young adults everywhere in this country trying to attend a party. Then let's consider that the only reason that you are taking the position that the shooter must be in the right is because he is white, and the man who was shot is a worthless ****.

Bullets exit through windows just as easily as they enter through them.

Based on what we know now, two completely different incidents. I am not ignoring context one bit

All I know is kids aren't 20 yrs old so some in this thread need to quit calling him a kid

I will wait for all the facts to come out. I don't get why a guy would call 911 if he planned on killing someone...sounds more like manslaughter to me.

And wtf what judge wishes a guy good luck?

One that doesn't have any impartiality.

Judges should be appointed, not elected

The shooter made that statement under extreme duress and fear. That's what his lawyer's will claim, anyway. I never once went to a party that lead to street racing and brandishing fire arms. Sorry you're trashy and likely always will be. You make these blanket statements in an attempt to call my character into question while ignoring your own hypocrisy.
