TB Cheap Airfare of Last Week: Nola-Chicago $78, Dallas $78, Atlanta $98

Happy start to the week everyone . Exhausted after flying back from Buffalo this morning. Several notes about flying Southwest through Orlando: 1. Exit row seats are usually open because of all the families (was A38 and was the first person to sit in the exit row). 2. Get used to at least 4 or 5 wheel chairs for pre-boarding. 3. Pick a seat where there is not a small child behind you in case he or she likes to get foot happy. 4. Kids don't have a 6am quiet filter like most adults
In any case, noticed some decent deals on Southwest and American for the next few months. Think southwest feels terrible about their outage so they're extending sales by a week. Any questions let me know.
New Orleans to:
Chicago: $78 on Southwest, $138 on United. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays in August, Sept, Oct, Nov on Southwest. Thursdays and Mondays are $10 more but still a great price.
Dallas: $78 on Southwest or American. Tons of open days on Southwest, not as many on American
Orlando: $158 on Southwest, $178 on Delta or American. Southwest cheapest on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays or Saturdays august through november.
Boston: $150 on United, $160 on American. Now through February, most dates are there excluding times around thanksgiving, christmas, and new years.
Miami: $142 on American. Mid August through early november, mostly Tuesday and Wednesday departures.
Fort Lauderdale: $138 on Southwest, $152/$172 on United. Dates are sporadic on southwest, but go from August to December (including thanksgiving for cheap). Cheap dates on United in August through September.
Atlanta: $98 on Southwest, $171 on American, $200 on Delta. August through first two weeks of December
Houston: $116 on Southwest, $127 on United. Almost every day now through December on Southwest, only Tuesdays and Wednesdays on United through early November.
Washington DC: $203 on Southwest, United or American. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays on American August through early December
Cincinatti: $90 on Allegiant. Flights are Thursdays or Sundays in early September.
St. Petersburg FL: $88 on Allegiant. Flights are Mondays or Fridays in August, September or October
Tulsa: $66 on Allegiant. Flights are thursdays or sundays in August, September or October

So remember our talk about a month ago regarding getting to and from Honolulu? Probably not...
But prices have gone up about $200 since then.

Damn I'm going to Chicago then driving to green bay for the LSU game. That's a freaking steal at $78.

Thanks for posting these threads Cuse.
Generally speaking, what airline has the cheapest flights from NOLA to NYC? I'll be going next summer.
