But yea man, police killing black men unjustifiably is a serious epidemic.

Did I miss something or was Gavin Long not affiliated with Black Lives Matter at all? Wasn't there some kind of recorded message from him previously where he disavowed any connection with anything of the sort?

This message needs to be shared more. Just like BLM was planted in people's head and they ran with it, this needs to be planted in people's head as well. There message has created division from the beginning. Whether or not they intended it be this way, their message basically said "it doesn't matter if blacks are killed by other blacks, which is the biggest problem, the only thing that does matter is if a white policeman kills a black person and it doesn't matter if the victim brought it on themselves, we need to put all of our energy into protesting these specific situations because black lives only matter when a black person is killed by a white policeman".
