Tuesday Gainz

What are you baws doing today to produce some gainz? I'm working out chest and abs today.

Bench Press, dumbbell bench press, cable crossover, dumbbell butterfly, some push ups, etc. Then some crunches, sit ups, plank, kneeling cable crunches, scissor kicks, etc.

Superset everything in bold with body weight parallel dips (reach failure each set). Thank me in 2 days when your chest is on FIYYYAAAAA.

As for me. Today is all HIIT and ab work.

Probably 10 rounds of treadmill sprints. (12mph 15 incline. Sprint for 10 seconds. Straddle the belt for 30. repeat till you have to reduce the speed to 10 mph.)

Jump rope 1 min, 40 mountain climbers, 1 min rest. 5 rounds.

Hanging toes to bar 10 reps followed by knees to chest 20. 4 rounds.

Walking lunges 200 reps. No breaks.

Make sure you keep that belt going full speed when you jump back on it. Also, make sure you post it on youtube and link it here.

I hit shoulders today...think I tweaked something in my lower back deadlifting yesterday...probably taking it easy on that for a little while. Chest day tomorrow as a power move before meeting with clients

Seated machine rows super set with cable extensions
Biceps:
Curls (preacher & hammer) superset, both machine

Dumbbell drag curls super set with cable straight bar cambered curls

Preacher Dumbbell hammer curls
