Smith said that the "all lives matter" (indeed that they all do) is a phrase that is known to be divisive to some....which is opposite of being united. All lives do matter, but Jindal only said the same shite that has been spewed the past week. Shep wanted more than that and got pissed.

No, Shep admonished him for saying it. It started off the way you describe with him saying that some people consider it offensive, but then he took Jindal to task for saying it at all.

All lives matter isn't racist. It's actually representative of a lack of racism. Black lives matter is completely racist.
