WDSU has the best reporting in New Orleans FWIW.
I listened to the video of the guy across the street, and those long gun shots were pretty fricking fast. Whoever was shooting it definitely had a lot of time behind the gun before today. IMHO, that's not the sound of someone who picked up a gun for the first time yesterday
