Stevens Park is a decent course and right next to downtown. Has a great view of the downtown skyline at the 15th tee as well.
Depending on how far you are willing to drive, Waterchase is a great course, but hard as hell. Lone Star is good, The Tribute is really nice too.

Pecan Hollow in Plano is a really nice muni track. After 4 PM, I think it is only $22 to play. If you want to play something closer, then I would suggest Tenison. TopGolf wouldn't be a bad idea either...especially if you are with a bunch of bad golfers.

Lone Star is nice. The Cowboys course is always in great shape and a tough course. Worth the 75.00
