So we should never question the people with authority? Or are they always right in yalls mind? Cops are always right because they took a 6 month training to get a gun and badge.

your attorney is trained to question this in court. cooperate with the officers and go home alive.

As a society, we charge cops with the duty of arresting people who they believe are committing a crime. We expect everyone to respect that position of authority and not to challenge or resist it when in the potentially volatile situation of an arrest. We know that cops are not always going to correctly identify when a crime has been committed and they will sometimes wrongly arrest. Those situations will be corrected in court. The problem arises when people think they can litigate their differences with the cop at the moment of arrest.

Do you just close your eyes when there is a post showing statistics that do not back your argument? Why don't you address those?

Not unless you're willing to face the consequences.

No one is always right, but I'm intelligent enough to keep my mouth shut and trust the justice system when they are in the wrong. Showing your arse will undoubtedly lead to more problems. Then again, I don't put myself in those hostile situations to begin with.

You can absolutely do this. It's called the court system. Time and place for everything. Not the time to question authority when they feel you are a danger to them or the general public.

What are you even promoting with this line of questioning? If you think the police are wrong, you're going to resist or run to show them you're right? Or carry an illegal weapon just in case?( a reach I know) But How is that even a viable thought process? The police represent the law, period. Comply and go home, it's not that hard.

And stop complaining about 6 months of training. Get up, strap your boots on, and go get your training if you think you can do better. But you can't, and you won't.

You question the authority through the proper channels after the arrest. Mouthing off and resisting arrest is a battle you'll always lose on scene.
