It's really sad when you see shite like this in your city and no one even attributes it to the current sociopolitical environment, because your town is that shitty

Sure hope this doesn't continue to be a frequent thing.

I was going to post something witty, but this is terrible. Are we watching it all come apart before out eyes?

Something has to give. But I agree.

Kinda like the teachers/student thing...it's starting to lose shock value.

That's the most shockingly depressing part of all of it. It's going to keep on happening, because we are descending into madness.

officer shooting and another person taken hostage does not sound like the racially motivated terrorism that we have been seeing...may be some domestic shite or something like that...

The wife and were talking about this last night. It's either going to get much better... or much worse. No way it stays the same now.

It's a trailer where a dispute occurred after the homeowner shot their son's dog. Now they have their wife held hostage. 10 to 1 odds they are white, and almost certainly wasn't racially motivated.

Thanks for the info, I couldn't find anything on it.

The sheriff's office says a man is inside of a trailer with his wife and the incident began when the man killed his son's dog and started a fire at another location near County Road 122
Gotta be white

This is a little, puissant, country, rural town. They have 3,500 people. 87% white and 9% black. They all know each other and can probably tell you what the shooter's dog was named when he was a kid.
They are as country and rural as they come. This smells like alcohol, domestic violence and a temper tantrum.
