Well, maybe not binge. Just one the wife and I don't have watch 2 seasons and wait. We like shows with complexities and character development.

If you haven't seen Fringe or Battlestar Galactica then i highly recommend those. The wife and i binge watched BSG a few summers ago and loved it. Great show. From your list you and your wife have similar tastes to us.
I differ from the board but the Wire got a little stale to me after season 2. I like an element of fun to my shows and if they get too much drama and seriousness i lose interest.
Start Preacher if you haven't already. That's our new must watch show.
