Knew a girl once that was engaged to a guy. Guy seemed super nice, but sort of a pushover. About two weeks before the wedding he caught her f***ing his best man. Next thing he knows he gets a letter from her apologizing, but that they are in love and running off together. So not only that but he's left alone and had to do all the canceling and notifying everyone that the wedding plans were off all by himself. So two dick moves rolled into one I guess.

Almost saw the exact scenario. Dude was going to be the best man, was his best fri322nd and started banging the bride to be. Then they started a relationship.

I know a guy who purposefully did that to the lady little person who rides her orange bike around tigerland. In his defense he thought it was a child.

Buddy of mine got drunk at dinner with his fiancé's family and decided to blurt out that their daughter had gotten fat and he's no longer attracted to her

Double edged sword of a dick move here.
Right after college, my room mate and friend and I went out. We went out with his girlfriend and a one of her friends. Her friend was TRASHED and obnoxious. We went out. And my buddies side piece was paging (yep that long ago) him. He sneaks off and calls her. We all go back to his girlfriends house. A few people are there but it is winding down.
Obnoxious girl is slutty but passing out. I and a couple other dudes don't even try one guy just puts her to bed. My buddy says he will be right back and leaves me there to meet his side piece. I'm pissed but drunk after 30-45 mins. Only a couple stragglers are left. I pass out on the couch. I wake up to his girlfriend, "just come sleep up here. That couch sucks." I try to pass out again. Phone rings and wakes us both up. She decides to "cuddle", start making out, and I end up with a blow job. Phone rings again. Guilt sets in and we fall asleep.
I wake up alone. I am alone in a house I've never been. Pre smart phone and pre uber days. I only know what city I am in. She left me there with her bff. Who is now passed out and pitifully hungover downstairs. We are all adults but her parents are coming home. I call a cab company after walking outside and seeing cross street signs. I was pissed.
The girlfriend comes back after I call her. Got her # from passed out friend. She was hot by the way. Damn it! But pathetic and hungover. The girlfriend and I have a long quiet ride back and agree to say nothing.
They got married and remain married. We remain friends. It was basically a "dick move triangle."
